Lorraine Silk -
Started learning the classical guitar at the age of 7. Began a
professional singing career at 18 years and performed with many touring
shows, including support act for Ry Cooder's first national tour.
Lorraine
formed the much acclaimed jazz vocal group Blues Point in 1995. The
group has been a regular favourite at the major jazz festivals and has
appeared at the Basement, Wine Banq, Side On, Darling Harbour events,
Jazz in the Domain 2000 and many functions.
Lorraine has also produced 2 CDs of the group.
Michael Bartolomei -
has had an extensive career as a pianist, composer and arranger for the
last 23 years. He has worked regularly with Renee Geyer, Tina Arena,
John Farnham, James Morrison, Julie Anthony, Rick Price and The Seekers.
In 1981 he was awarded an Australian Arts Council International Fellowship Grant to study in New York.
Michael is an outstanding and versatile musician.
Lloyd Swanton - has been described by Billboard Magazine as "An outstanding and imaginative Australian bassist and composer".
Lloyd
has performed with many of the cornerstones of Australian music: Sydney
Symphony Orchestra, Vince Jones, Tim Finn and Wendy Matthews.
Lloyd appears on some sixty albums, including several ARIA award winners.
Russell Dunlop - is a legendary Australian drummer and record producer.
His experience spans 30 years and includes performing with Renee Geyer, Doug Parkinson, Kevin Borich, Georgie Fame.
As
a record producer, Russell produced for Kevin Johnson, Mental as
Anything and Kevin Borich, having 10 no.1 hits and earning 13 gold and
platinum records.
